    This is a good first step. But they must get more modern equipment in to produce lower than 40nm. Absolutely though, right direction. This will mean mass production of chips for various agencies. Since it falls under a special economic zone, it will be far more profitable for the owners in a short term and possibly long term as well (depending on the rules of the SEZ). That also said, this will be considered strategic and may be in Rostec’s best interest to invest in this Angstrom-T as it will be ideal for the future in production of the chips using photons and also for modern semiconductor purposes.
