Технику для сельского хозяйства выпускает житель Иркутской области на своём мини заводе

Why? small private companies such as this thrive in regions where there are smaller farms. Small time farmers cannot survive on purchasing heavy industrial equipment that many of the larger farms can (for instance, Rostelsmash equipment). Such equipment is far too expensive and the general output of the farmers is too small to make up for the cost of the equipment (in years). So in reality, these small companies will make big money selling to locals who will find their products to be much cheaper and just as effective compared to the larger companies while not breaking their bank account.

I know from knowledge here in Canada that many larger companies are starting to face many issues because what could be bought has already been purchased for many larger farms. Smaller farms, people are more reliant on using older equipment in order to keep doing the job without going into debt. If we had the same of agricultural equipment being made by smaller companies who specialized in products that meant for smaller farmers, then it would benefit us.

This is simply the market economy and how it works. These people found that smaller farmers will purchase such equipment as additions to their current fleet of tractors or whatever other agricultural equipment, and they are making good money out of it. All the while, the farmers produce enough to sell to either the state or to larger companies who purchase from these farmers. Win-Win situation.

Large companies like the Kirov tractor plant is already making profits anyway. They just make much larger profits in over Ruble terms compared to these small companies, but these small companies make more in profit % simply because of cost vs gains.
