    Efficiency is small? In private hands it would not be efficient. See USA for details.

    MiC isn’t meant to be exactly profitable in a sense because its main objective is security for the nation. But in this regard, the MiC produces billions of additional revenue from sales of its weapons abroad. Mix in that companies operate at a relative profit margine (10%) they then do obtain profit from at home sales. Add to that, they are the main drive in majority of the technology now being supplied to civilian market, and consumers of local resources which also brings money to the workers who then pay for day to day goods.

        I cant write Russian so I refrain from doing so. But try reading what I stated.

        — Private does not equal better or more efficient.

        — Military Industrial complex in Russia produces a lot of high tech goods that can be translated to civilian markets.

        — Military Industrial complex provides jobs which allows people to buy local goods (food, housing, cars, etc).

        — Military Industrial complex funds new development of materials and provides income to other major industries like materials, tech, and so forth.

        Nothing I said was incorrect nor was it worthy of a negative score. It is very much in favor of Russias MiC.
